BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Reservations for online yoga classes, events, and yoga retreats are subject to availability and must be made through our website or designated booking channels.
Payment must be made in advance to guarantee the reservation.
ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
Online yoga classes are conducted via video conferencing platforms and require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for any connection interruptions on the user’s part.
For online classes, each participant confirms they have read and accepted:

the privacy policy of Ilenia Fedele,

the general guidelines of Ilenia Fedele.
Participants relieve Ilenia Fedele from the responsibility of not providing a medical certificate. Ensure you have the necessary connection to enjoy the practice smoothly. It is suggested to have at least 800kbps/1.0Mbps available. Prepare your mat, blocks (or books), and a strap.
Once packages or individual classes are purchased, they are non-refundable and must be used within 3 months of purchase.
YOGA RETREATS
Yoga retreats can be booked according to availability indicated on our website.
The program may undergo slight modifications during the event to meet the group’s needs.
Participants, for the sake of harmony, are invited to maintain an attitude of openness and respect towards all participants and the venues hosting the event.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations for online yoga class reservations and yoga retreats must be communicated in writing via email or through our designated contact channels.
Cancellations for in-person and online yoga classes must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
For events, each event is subject to a different cancellation policy, so refunds are not always guaranteed.
In the event of cancellations on our part due to unforeseen or unpredictable circumstances, we commit to offering reasonable alternatives or full refunds, at our discretion.
Cancellations for yoga retreats are not subject to charges within the stipulated period, which depends on each event. After this limit, 50% of the total fee is required.
PHONES AND DEVICES
Please ensure your phone is on silent and vibration mode is turned off before the start of each class or practice. This helps maintain focus on your practice and prevents disruption to the class with different energies.
SHAVASANA
Shavasana is the concluding position at the end of the class, where we lie completely still on the mat. For a healthy practice, it is important to respect this position. If you need to leave the class early, please inform me at the beginning of the class, and I will ensure you can do Shavasana a few minutes before leaving.
ARRIVAL TO CLASS OR EVENT
Please arrive at class 15 minutes early to prepare the room and ensure participants are not disturbed once the class begins. If you arrive after the class has started, please wait in silence. I will integrate you into the class if there is still space and the delay does not exceed 10 minutes.
SHOES
Shoes should never step on the mats. Please keep them as far away as possible to ensure better cleanliness of the shared spaces.
CARE AND SHARING
At the end of each class, please clean your mat and store it neatly with the other accessories. Caring for shared items is part of yoga practice and a gesture of respect for the practitioners who will use the classes afterward. The company is not liable for any injuries that occur due to non-compliance with this rule. The member will be responsible for any damages to persons or property in the spaces due to failure to adhere to the internal regulations and statute. In case of non-compliance with the above regulations, I reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect, without entitling the member to a refund of fees paid or other compensation of any kind. Respecting these rules ensures the quality of services provided for the benefit of all users.
SERVICES
I provide the availability of public spaces for yoga practice, with the use of facilities and equipment therein and my presence to conduct the classes. The member agrees to pay the full fee as established, according to the methods and deadlines indicated, even if they remain absent, temporarily suspend, or decrease attendance for any reason not attributable to the company. If the member voluntarily decides to discontinue participation in the activities for any reason not attributable to me, they will not be entitled to a total or partial refund of any fees already paid. Membership is personal, non-transferable. I do not provide any service for the custody of goods or valuables and am not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to any item brought by the member into the premises or during activities outside. For reasons beyond my control or necessity, I may decide to cease activities in the current premises without satisfying any requests for compensation in money or of any kind for fees already paid for any reason by the member.
